SPLIT OPTION Not only can you post unlimited postings for Job Seeker members to view during your memebership but you also have the option to post your position on a private Recruiter Board for SPLITS on a private board for RECRUITER MEMBERS ONLY with no interference, fees, or commissions from TheCareerBridge.com.
2. RANKED PROFILES When job seekers respond to your posted job opportunity, their profile is automatically ranked by TheCareerBridge.com as a “High” or “Low” match in the subject of the email, so you can quickly zero in on the best candidates.
HIGH means 50% or higher of the keywords in the job seekers profile matches the keywords listed in your job description.
LOW means less than 50% of the keywords on the job seekers profile match the keywords listed in your job description.
3. COMMUNICATION - TheCareerBridge.com will even contact the candidates that you do not choose to work with. All you have to do is send your low ranked profiles back to Coach@TheCareerBridge.com and we will notify those Job Seekers members with tips/suggestions and a free COACHING Session as to what positions they should be applying for.
