TheCareerBridge.com respects the privacy of our members and is committed to protecting the privacy of our members. We make every effort to provide a safe and secure user experience. Your information is treated with complete confidentiality and never made available to outside parties. This Privacy Statement sets forth the online data collection and usage policies and practices that apply to this web site. You are responsible for ensuring that your log-in credentials (your username and password) are kept confidential. You agree to keep your user ID and Password confidential and you agree to notify TheCareerBridge.com of any unauthorized use of your membership account. Your membership is not transferrable. You agree to only use your membership account and to not use any other member account of TheCareerBridge.com. You agree that you are over 18 as TheCareerBridge.com is limited to members over the age of 18.

Scope of this Policy

This statement applies to TheCareerBridge.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by TheCareerBridge.com. This Site contains links to other web sites over which we have no control. TheCareerBridge.com is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of other web sites to which you choose to link from the site.

Binding Agreement

Your use of TheCareerBridge.com constitutes your acknowledgement of having read and understood the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use constitutes your agreement to all terms and conditions contained herein. By clicking the “Accept” button during your registration, you explicitly accept, without limitation or qualification, the collection, use and transfer of the personal information provided by you in the manner described in this Statement. TheCareerBridge.com reserves the right to update and revise TheCareerBridg.com policy. If you do not agree to abide by TheCareerBridge.com policy and TheCareerBridge.com Terms of Use, you may not use this website. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are subject to changes at any time by TheCareerBridge.com, effective upon posting on TheCareerBridge.com website, and your use of TheCareerBridge.com after such changes will constitute your acceptance by you of such changes.

As a Member, you agree to adhere to the terms of use of TheCareerBridge.com. You must have an account to use this site. You agree that you will be the sole proprietor of your account and that you will not permit anyone else to use your membership. Membership is non-transferable and the name on the membership at the date of registration cannot be changed at anytime.

TERMS OF USE

How we Use Your Information
Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information.
TheCareerBridge.com gathers voluntary personal information from members. We do not store or retain credit card information. You can create and control what and if other members view your information. TheCareerBridge.com operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary.

Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent. Under no circumstances does TheCareerBridge.com divulge any information about an individual user to any outside parties.

• 12 month membership $65.00
• 4 month renewal $25.00
 

Recruiter Membership

• 6 month membership- $600.00
• 12 month membership- $1000.00
• 18 month membership- $1500.00
• 24 month membership- $1800.00
 

Promo Codes
• If you receive a promotion code from a member or from TheCareerBridge.com you agree that it is a one-time promo code unless otherwise specified by TheCareerBridge.com.
• The promo code may not be used by the same member more than once.
• If you violate the Promo Codes policy TheCareerBridge.com reserves the right to terminate your membership and the refund policy below applies.
 

Termination of Membership and Refund Policy
• For first time members only
o There is a one time 30 day free trial, including business and weekend days, from the first day of your membership registration.
o After 30 days, your membership fee is non-refundable
• For Returning Members
o The registration fees are non-refundable at any time of termination.

If at any time you terminate your membership, if you have unpaid referral members listed on your referral tracker, TheCareerBridge.com will honor your monetary credit and pay out accordingly.
You agree, that TheCareerBridge.com reserves the right to terminate membership at any time during your membership and you agree that you do not receive a refund of any amount if TheCareerBridge.com finds you in violation and terminates your membership.
If you would like to terminate your membership, please email a request to MemberHelp@TheCareerBridge.com and title the subject, Terminate Membership

You are solely responsible for the content that you publish, display or transmit on this Site.You agree that your profile and/or job posting, and/or hot candidate and/or resume does not contain sensitive data relating to your (i) racial or ethnic origin (ii) political beliefs (iii) philosophical or religious beliefs (iv) membership of a trade union or political party (v) physical or mental health or genetic makeup (vi) addictions (vii) the commission of criminal offences or proceedings and associated penalties or fines, or (viii) any Social Security Number or national identification number. You agree to not violate another parties rights. You agree to not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to the Site or to the members on this Site. You understand and agree that TheCareerBridge.com reserves the right in sole judgment to review and delete any content provided by its members that TheCareerBridge.com.

TheCareerBridge.com Pages

JOB SEEKERS-When you create your profile and/or post a resume to the Site, that resume is stored in our database and it is not viewable by any other member unless you apply directly to a position posted by recruiter members. You may control the contents of your resume and of your profile through the edit profile function on your profile page.

Job seekers Search Jobs You have access to job postings posted by 3rd Party recruiters only. You have the option to submit your created profile to any of the postings listed on the Search Jobs page of TheCareerBridge.com. If you do apply online to a job, your profile and resume will be automatically emailed to the relevant recruiter, who may retain a copy of your resume, subject to local law. We cannot control their use and retention of your resume information. TheCareerBridge.com is not responsible for the content posted by the Recruiter Member.

Job Seekers Client Connect- This page on this Site will list the 3rd Party recruiting firms and their contact information. You will also have access to our client connect to find out what recruiting firm or which recruiter or recruiters recruit for specific companies.This does not guarantee that the recruiter will have an opening and/or a specific opening with the organization that they are linked to. By linking their name with the organization, they do agree under our terms of use, that they are on contract to recruit for that company. If you contact that recruiter about a specific opening, they are encouraged to contact you within 24 hours as to whether or not they can recruit and/or represent you for that opening. TheCareerBridge.com cannot control the actions of the recruiting firm linked to the company. If you feel that the recruiter is not linked to the specific company listed, please notify TheCareerBridge.com and we will investigate. TheCareerBridge.com is not responsible if the Recruiter Members purposely gave false information and/or misleading information in the Client Connect Program.

Job Seeker Feedback Forum TheCareerBridge.com may contain communications services such as bulletins, chat rooms, communities, electronic mail postings, and a public forum. You agree to post messages only if they are relevant to the intended subject matter of the forum. The messages must be positive in nature as deemed by TheCareerBridge.com and can include topics/discussions/questions about recruiter referrals, interview tips, job leads not listed on TheCareerBridge.com job posting board, best practices, words of encouragement

You agree that you will not post messages that are inappropriate, unlawful, threatening, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, indecent, defamatory, libelous, abusive, or a violation of TheCareerBridge.com Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You agree that if you violate the Site’s terms of use and/or the privacy policy as stated, your membership will be terminated and you will forfeit your membership fees. TheCareerBridge.com reserves the right to review all content listed on the Feedback Forum and the right to determine if it is in current violation of this Site’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and we reserve the right to terminate your membership and retain the membership fees. TheCareerBridge.com also reserves the right to make additions and/or revisions to the content subject matter retroactive to the initial agreement listed in this Site.

Job Seeker Referral Program In order to participate in the Referral Program you must be a current member of TheCareerBridge.com. At the time of registration you will be required to TheCareerBridge.com to provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address . You agree that if your cumulative referral bonuses in a tax year exceed $599.00 you will be required to provide your Tax Identification Number, Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number or to complete the appropriate IRS forms, before your bonuses will be authorized for disbursement.

You agree that you will receive a one-time credit for a referral who remains a member for more than 30 days or after promotion ends, if and only if the implied member lists your referral code, which you received upon registration, on their membership registration. If the member terminates their membership on or before 30 days or during promotion, including business and weekend days, you will be notified and you will not receive credit for that member. If they remain a member for more than 30 days or after promotion ends, they become a valid member. If they list your referral code in their membership application, the bonus credit will be given to you and they will be listed on your referral page. It is your sole responsibility to monitor that page. You agree that TheCareerBridge.com is not responsible if the member did not list you as their referring source and you agree that you will not receive credit for that member.

You agree that you will receive a one time $5.00usd credit for a valid member. If that member renews or registers for a second membership at a later date, you agree that you do not receive credit for that referral for any renewal or new membership. TheCareerBridge.com will not allow duplicate referral bonuses for any member of TheCareerBridge.com at any time. If, at any time, a duplicate is found by TheCareerBridge.com on our site, the referral credit goes to the member the is listed on the first registration as determined by the date submitted.

A check in your name as listed in your membership registration in the amount of $5.00 United States Dollars times the number of valid referrals will be mailed to your membership mailing address and postmarked on or during the 1st and 10th of every month of your membership not including the first month of your membership. You understand and agree that the membership name associated with the referral ID are non-transferrable and may not be changed at anytime during the term of your membership. If your mailing address changes during the term of your membership, you agree to update your profile and to contact TheCareerBridge.com with your change of address immediately at MemberHelp@TheCareerBridge.com with the subject titled Member Change of Address. If you do not renew or if you terminate your membership, a final check written in your name will be postmarked and mailed to your previously submitted membership mailing address sometime between the 1st and 10th of the following month.

If you terminate your membership at anytime, you terminate the ability to receive credit and to be paid a bonus for any members that you refer to TheCareerBridge.com. You agree that TheCareerBridge.com can monitor your referral tracker and reserves the right to review your referrals. You agree that TheCareerBridge.com reserves the right to make sole judgments on whether or not a member is in violation of the Terms of Use of the Referral Program and reserves the right to terminate membership if it is determined if a member is in violation of the Terms of Use of the Referral Program.

RECRUITERS- When you create your profile to the Site, your profile is stored in our database and it is not viewable by any other members. You agree that the information provided is valid, correct and current.

Recruiter Job Posting-You have the option to provide as much or as little information when posting a job to the Site. You agree that you post valid job opportunities with correct information as it pertains to the job description, job requirements, compensation, etc. for job seekers to view.

Recruiter Split Jobs- You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You agree to “split” the placement fee by an agreed upon fee (Typically 50%) with the contacted recruiter or with the recruiter that contacts you. TheCareerBridge.com is not responsible or accountable for the agreements and/or for the actions thereafter between the two recruiting parties. TheCareerBridge.com is not responsible for the content/interactions of TheCareerBridge.com members. You agree that jobs you post on the split job board are valid openings with correct information as it pertains to the job description, job requirements, compensation, etc. for other recruiter members to view. You agree to work out an agreement outside of TheCareerBridge.com. You have the option, but are not required, to use the sample contract/agreement provided on your Resources page.

Recruiter Hot Candidate- You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You agree to “split” the placement fee by an agreed upon fee (Typically 50%) with the contacted recruiter or with the recruiter that contacts you if your hot candidate or a recruiter’s hot candidate gets placed. This agreement is outside of and has nothing to do with TheCareerBridge.com. TheCareerBridge.com is not responsible or accountable for the agreements and/or for the actions thereafter between the two recruiting parties.TheCareerBridge.com is not responsible for the content and/or interactions of TheCareerBridge.com members. You agree that the posted job seekers are valid job seekers and that you do not share the job seekers name, address, and contact number, email address on the Site.

Recruiter Client Connect- You agree that you are a 3rd party recruiter on contract with the clients you connect with on TheCareerBridge.com. You agree that if you do list clients that you are not on contract to recruit for you forfeit your membership and membership fees to TheCareerBridge.com. TheCareerBridge.com reserves the right to review and require proof of contract in writing or through verbal consent of the client if the Connection is in question. If TheCareerBridge.com finds that the member is in violation of this Terms of Use, we reserve the right to delete or modify the content. We reserved the right to terminate membership if the violation occurs more than one time. You agree that you do not receive a refund of your membership fees.

Payment are in US Dollar and are subject to applicable governmental rulings and regulations. No payment will be paid in any country outside of the United States. Earnings made by the referrer may be subject to income tax and other taxes. The determination of tax liability for any federal, state or local taxes may be applicable, any disclosure related thereto or any payment is the sole responsibility of the referring member.

You acknowledge, in no event will TheCareerBridge.com be liable to you or any third party person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits arising from the use of this web site, TheCareerBridge.com, even if TheCareerBridge.com has been advised of such damages. Notwithstanding anything contrary herein, TheCareerBridge.com’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of TheCareerBridge.com action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any by you to TheCareerBridge.com for the membership during the term of membership.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold TheCareerBridge.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees harmless of any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the use of this Site in violation of this agreement and/or arising from a breach of this agreement and/or any breach of your representations set forth above.

TheCareerBridge.com owns and retains all property right in this Website and service. The Website contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of TheCareerBridge.com. The Contents of TheCareerBridge.com such as text, graphics, images, logos, software and other TheCareerBridge.com contents, are protected under both United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All contents of TheCareerBridge.com is TheCareerBridge.com property. The collection, arrangement and assembly of all content on TheCareerBridge.com site is exclusive property of TheCareerBridge.com and is protected by United States and foreign copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unless otherwise noted on the Site, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any such proprietary information without written consent from TheCareerBridge.com. Unauthorized use of TheCareerBridge.com content my violate these laws and is strictly prohibited.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of California; both parties expressly agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of California Courts.

No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on TheCareerBridge.com unless specifically agreed to in writing by TheCareerBridge.com.
